Our Hold and Reserve™ Service is an easy way to reserve and pay for your favourite Julia Pharo jewellery.

Ideal for budgeting brides-to-be and savvy shoppers who want to spread the cost of their jewellery purchases into simple monthly payments, the Hold and Reserve™ Service is now available across most Collections at JuliaPharo.com

Unlike some payment plans offered by other jewellers, there are no arrangement fees, interest payments or other charges to worry about with our Hold & Reserve™ Service.

Here’s how our Hold & Reserve™ Service works.

Let’s say you fall in love with a piece of Julia Pharo jewellery priced at £200 and this is available to reserve using our Hold & Reserve™ Service for four monthly payments of £50.

To take advantage of our Hold & Reserve™ Service, simply select this payment option and make your first monthly Hold & Reserve™ payment of £50 via our secure online checkout.

After you have successfully completed the online checkout process your bank card or PayPal account will be debited £50 and we will immediately email you to confirm that we have reserved your choice of jewellery.

On or around the same date the following month your bank card or PayPal account that you used to make the original payment will be automatically debited a further £50.

Subsequent payments of £50 will also be automatically debited for the third and fourth (final) month of your Hold & Reserve™ Service payment plan.

On receipt of your final monthly payment, we will contact you to confirm dispatch of your jewellery and provide an online tracking number for your package in the usual way.

Your protection using our Hold & Resrerve™ Service

BLACKBERRY PENDANT BOXED NON-STANDARD IMAGE SIZERest assured that our 100% Happy Guarantee will still apply to your order and this guarantee period will begin on the day after you receive your jewellery.

Even if the price of your chosen jewellery piece increases during your Hold and Reserve™ Service payment period, we will honour the original purchase price and you will never pay more than the agreed monthly installments.

If you wish to receive your jewellery sooner, you may contact us to arrange payment of the residual Hold & Reserve™ Service balance at any time. Once full payment has been received, we will confirm dispatch of your jewellery and provide an online tracking number for your package in the usual way.

Should you wish to cancel your Hold & Reserve™ order, please contact us and we will cease automatic monthly billing and arrange a prompt and courteous refund of any Hold & Reserve™ Service payments you have already made.

If you decide you would like to cancel your Hold & Reserve™ Service order after we have already shipped the item to you, the refund terms of our 100% Happy Guarantee will apply.
