Deliveries to the UK & Serviced Countries
Delivery of your order will be undertaken by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Federal Express services.
Both these services allow you to track your delivery while it is in transit. Your jewellery is fully insured during transit and must be signed for on delivery.
Where necessary, the shipment of certain consignments is undertaken using alternative methods by prior arrangement with the purchaser.
We offer free delivery within the UK. UK deliveries are typically delivered the next working day following dispatch.
Orders sent to Overseas Serviced Countries are usually delivered in 1 to 6 days (excluding any delay in Customs clearance), depending on your exact location.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Other Fees
If you order products from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified country of import. These charges may also include brokerage, handling, storage and/or disbursement fees levied by the import agent or Customs authority.
Please note that we accept no liability for, nor have any control over, these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local Customs Authority for further information before placing your order.
You will be solely responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes (including all brokerage, handling, storage and/or disbursement fees) relating to your order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver orders to the requirements and expectations of our clients, we cannot be held responsible for any shipment delays (including, but not limited to, delays in Customs clearance) once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging of Your Order
Your order will be packed in plain, discreet outer packaging but inside your jewellery will be beautifully and securely presented in Julia Pharo’s signature fine jewellery box.
Whilst our over-packing is discreet, we would ask you to note that we may be legally obliged to clearly state the nature and contents of your package (along with the declared import value for Customs) on the outside of your package for Customs compliance for overseas shipments.
If you are concerned that the arrival of your package may spoil your surprise, UK purchasers can, in some instances, opt to have the package sent to a different address by entering an alternative shipping address when purchasing via our online store.
Please note the option to deliver to a third party address is not available to overseas purchasers due to Customs import regulations.
