About Julia Pharo Jewellery
We don’t have retail premises but work from a design studio.
Visitors to the studio are welcome by prior arrangement and you can schedule an appointment here.
We have a number of design studio locations in Gauteng and North West Province in South Africa and also in Hatton Garden, London.
Full details of how to reach your preferred studio will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.
Visitors to the studio are welcome by prior arrangement and you can schedule an appointment here.
Whether you wish to have an in-person meeting with Julia at your preferred design studio locationn or chat with her in our online Virtual Studio, you can schedule your appointment here.
Whether it’s to request a personal consultation with Julia, to ask a question about one her pieces, or simply to say “hello” – whatever your reason for contacting us (big or small) we’re always delighted to hear from you.
Commercial communications: Please note that we only work with a very small number of trusted suppliers and we are unable to reply to unsolicited sales or marketing messages sent to us.
As a bespoke fine jeweller, Julia Pharo knows that her relationship with each client is built entirely upon trust.
This important duty of care extends to how we handle, process and store your personal information, both online and offline.
Our full Privacy Policy, which details how we take care of your personal information, may be found here.
Each bespoke commission from Julia Pharo Jewellery with an insurance replacement value greater than ZAR 35,000 / GBP 1500 will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity showing a full replacement value for insurance purposes at the date of acquisition.
For pieces from Julia Pharo Jewellery below this value, a Certificate of Authenticity can be provided to you for a small additional fee. Please contact us for further information.
We are unable to provide valuations or certification for other pieces of fine jewellery you may have in your collection.

For those based in the United States, we suggest contacting The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers here.
If you are seeking a valuation for sale of a piece at auction, many auction houses hold open days where they can provide estimates of the sum that may be achieved at auction should the piece be consigned to them.
Please note auction house estimates are not the same as an insurance replacement value for the piece, so do ensure you obtain the correct type of valuation for your intended purpose.
Whilst we are unable to provide jewellery valuations directly, as a service exclusively available to our existing clients, we work closely with an organisation having extensive experience in providing expert appraisals and lab reports for made jewellery pieces as well as loose gemstones. If you are an existing client of Julia Pharo Jewellery, please contact us for further information.
Each piece of handmade jewellery is already priced to accurately reflect its fair retail market value and therefore we do not hold discounted jewellery sales at any time.
We believe our clients prefer the reassurance of knowing that our jewellery is fairly and accurately priced at all times - and, as such, will never be subject to sales discounting or other types of similar marketing gimmicks.
